Sophie is a New Zealand Registered Dietitian based in Christchurch.

She has over 15 years experience in a range of different clinical areas both in New Zealand and abroad, focusing on nutrition in infants and children.

Sophie also works at Christchurch Public Hospital as a clinical paediatric dietitian.

She has a special interest in gastrointestinal disorders, food allergy and intolerance and supporting families with restrictive eaters.

With a passion for food and nutrition and a broad experience base, Sophie strives to provide up-to-date evidence-based advice in an accessible, easy to understand and positive manner to parents and children.
